December!

 So this post (and the one after it) has been sitting as a draft for a hot minute...sorry!  But December was a fun month for us!
Here are some highlights:

My birthday doughnut!

When we were doing some ski resort scouting we happened upon this little store...

We finally went to this indoor ice skating rink we kept hearing about.  Austin kept acting like he thought he was going to bust his butt since he had never ice skated before and I was the one reassuring him that it's not that hard... so of course there was a switch a roo.  He was a speed skating demon out there doing tricks while I shuffled past kiddie Koreans.  It was pretty fun(ny).

The girls practicing in the middle MAY have been in the olympics.  They had sparkly outfits and everything. They were good... Just sayin!

My first Relief Society activity since being called to the presidency was our RS Christmas Party!

We got lots of fresh snow just in time for Christmas!

Somehow we didn't really take pictures on Christmas morning...and the ones we did take were kinda rough... but!  It was a fantastic first one for us and we were so grateful for being able to spend it together and start our own family traditions!

We made sure to have some bubbly (sparkling cider) for our New Year's Eve
